Getting Support for IC

Interstitial Cystitis can leave you feeling depressed
and alone, but there are resources you can turn to for support. Tell your doctor or nurse about your feelings and concerns. Try to give your friends, family, and partner as much information as possible to help them understand your condition, and let them know what they can do to help you. You may also want to join a support group for people with IC.
